Monday- Today I will introduce the International Blogging competition that we will be taking part in. First, everyone needs to go to the organizer’s page and register for it. For the question about class blog url use http://pbogush.edublogs.org, and for number of students blogging answer 100. Second, stop by Sue Waters blog and tell her you will be joining the competition. Thirdly, you need to go to the post describing what you have to blog about this week and write your post following the directions there. Please comment on at least one student from our team, and one student not on our team that is a part of the competition. Remember to put stubc08 into your post, and into your tag box below where you write your post.

You will also write one additional post using one of the 25 Styles of Blogging (see below). So that’s right, by Friday you should have two posts on your blog, and have left at least two comments on other blogs.

When you have made your post and comments, please mark your name off here

This year team 8-2 has jumped way ahead of me in using the blogs. I think it would be useful to spend some time today talking about the types of posts you can write so that you will have a “killer” blog.

G’day Mr B and class,
Thanks for taking part in the competition. I have registered your class blog as Class7 – USA on the blogroll, so there is no need for each student to register unless they wish to under their own individual blog.

DOes the bog using the 25 blogging styles have to include one of the blogging competition activites? Speaking of the blogging competition, it is not clear to me what we have to blog about.
