Bloggish stuff:

Last post for the competition! This is the most post is the probably the longest, most important of the year, and worth the highest percentage of your grade.  Take your time on it.  To get an idea of how the team did please fill out the survey.  Due Friday!

Class Stuff:

Water/Air  Start research for OSV trip

Earth/Fire  Finish research

All research is due when you return from vacation (Mon or Tue)

WEDNESDAY–Write a post about why we have a vacation coming up.  Write a little bit about how you celebrate the holiday and then…sorry to do this to you…bust some of the most famous Thanksgiving myths.  Yep, all that stuff about turkeys and Pilgrims you were taught–not true.

Thanksgiving Survey

Ask two people–from two different generations beside your own– four questions over the break about the same topics that you have researched for the 19th Century.  In a blog post write which era you would have rather grown up in.  (Grandparentish era, parentish era, yourish era)

Happy thanksgiving. We don’t really celebrate it in New Zealand but we know that its a holiday in the USA and related to the Pilgrims!
